• Must be certified as a MCSE (Exchange experience preferred) or CNE and Cisco CCNP or CCDP.
• Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN and WAN. Recommends and schedules repairs.
• Provides end users support for all LAN-based and Wan-based applications. Installs and configures servers, switches and routers.

This position requires at least 2 years of experience in the field. Must be familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
