We are conducting a search
for a seasoned construction project manager who has experience in managing C10
/ C7 construction projects from inception to completion. The position will
focus on developing, maintaining and growing customer relationships within
the SMB market and/or the Public Sector (K-12, Higher Education,
State and Local Government). You must have strong written and verbal
communication skills, know how to develop new customers, how to create
opportunities and how to design new technology solutions to meet customer
infrastructure needs. You must be client focused, service driven and be
able to multitask.

- Scheduling, permitting, GMP preparation
- Cost control, purchasing

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
PMI Certification preferred
Three years of related construction management experience
Skills using construction
related computer software, MS Project, Rapid BOM estimating and AutoCAD are
a plus.
