Sacramento
area. We specialize in making businesses more profitable and government

We are looking to add Inside Account Representatives
who have experience selling these solutions to SMB businesses and/or to the
Public Sector (K-12, Higher Education, State and Local Government).
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Executives in the
maintenance of existing accounts by:
- Developing relationships with
Customers, Manufacturers and Distributors
- Leveraging Manufacturers and
Distributors’ programs and promotions
- Minimizing purchase cost when
sourcing products for resale
- Driving recurring revenue by
tracking and pursuing contract renewals
- Assist in maintaining accounts
through regular, scheduled customer contact
- Expanding existing opportunities:
“Would you like fries with that?”
- Assist in company marketing
activities as required
- Attend training and maintain
manufacturer Sales certifications
- Maintain and grow your own accounts
- Provide
excellent customer service to existing customer base
- Develop
new accounts and opportunities through reference selling
Requirements:
- Minimum
of one year of Inside Sales experience selling information technology
products.
- Excellent
communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of
the Internet and PC applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
and minimum three years of related sales or customer service
experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
